Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using https://summitcrestinsurance.com (the "Site"), operated by Summit Crest Insurance ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Description of Services

The Site provides general information about insurance products and services offered through our agency, and allows you to request quotes and contact us. We are an independent insurance agency; insurance products are underwritten by third-party insurance carriers, not by us.

Not Professional Advice

Content on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or individualized insurance advice. Insurance needs vary; contact us directly to discuss your specific situation before making coverage decisions.

Accuracy of Information

We work to keep the Site accurate and current, but we make no warranties that the content is complete, accurate, or up to date. Coverage descriptions are summaries only — actual policy language controls in all cases.

Quote Requests

Submitting a quote request does not create coverage, bind a policy, or establish an agent-client relationship. Coverage exists only when confirmed in writing by an authorized representative and the applicable insurance carrier. You agree to provide accurate, complete information in any request; inaccurate information can affect quotes and coverage.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by Summit Crest Insurance or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

Third-Party Links

The Site links to third-party websites, including carrier and industry resources. We do not control and are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites. Links are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Summit Crest Insurance will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Summit Crest Insurance and its owners, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of NM, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that state.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time by updating this page. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
